We are looking to see how many Delaware pholks would be interested in getting a Parrothead License plate through the state of Delaware.  They would be blue plates with a parrothead design and the plate numbers would start PHC xxx!!!!  So if you are interested, follow the link and complete the survey.  This plate is going to be available to all of the clubs in Delaware, so let your friends know and have them complete the survey!!!!
